How to get there
Parking
There is plenty of parking in our area! There are small parking lots that usually have plenty of spots within less than 100m from our front door. Street parking may also be available. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with a neighborhood patrol and security cameras, but we recommend you still take precautions and not leave valuables in your vehicle.
Train
The La Giustiniana train stop is on the FL3 route that originates at Tiburtina and goes through Ostiense, Trastevere and Valle Aurelia. The Metro A-line can be taken to Valle Aurelia for transfer onto the FL3 train route. From the station it is a 10-12 minute walk to RIC.
Bus
If you are coming up the Trionfale from Rome center, the 907 bus stops Trionfale/Spaccamela or Trionfale/Iannicelli are next to the Case e Campi neighborhood and are about equal distance (5min walk) from where the church is located. If coming up the Cassia from Rome center, buses 021, 223, 201 or 331 arrive at the Cassia/Giustiniana stop in front of the PIM Supermarket, a 5 minute walk from there to the church.
What to expect
With so many gathering from all over the world, we do our best to keep the gospel of Jesus as revealed in the Bible the central focus of our time together.
Services last about an 1 - 1.5 hours depending on what has been planned. We spend about 20min in song, then transition to a message from the Bible which lasts 30-40min. During the message portion children are welcome to return upstairs for a lesson built for them. Afterward, we always invite everyone to stay for coffee and cornetti and a chance to get to know one another better.
There is no expected attire. Simply come as you are and enjoy.
We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of the month. At least twice a year, we have a Discovering RIC gathering where information on membership is presented. That’s a great time for discussion, questions and answers about RIC and its history, leadership, and direction.
